On Monday (August 21st), the Faculty of Geography at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) has successfully concluded the Internal Quality Assurance Audit (AMI) for the 2022-2023 Even Semester. This routine AMI activity, conducted every semester, primarily focuses on assessing the achievement of strategic plan indicators, standards, and RPPS/RPUPPS.
The team of auditors engaged in this activity included Dr. Umi Budi Rahayu, SSTFT., M.Kes, Mochamad Solikin, S.T, M.T, Ph.D, and Marisa Kurnianingsih, S.H., M.H., M.Kn. Dr. Umi Budi, who also serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIK) at UMS, emphasized the true purpose of AMI. “AMI is not just about identifying problems, but also about formulating concrete solutions for each identified issue,” stated Dr. Umi Budi in the Faculty of Geography’s Meeting Room.
The audit results revealed that the Effectiveness Index of Budget Allocation and the Achievement Index for RPPS both reached 95.2. On the other hand, the audit outcomes for RPUPPS indicated an Effectiveness Index of Budget Allocation of 83.2 and an Achievement Index of 87.5.
Through the AMI process, the Faculty of Geography is not solely seeking potential improvements, but also demonstrating a commitment to continuous enhancement, with the aim of providing an even better educational experience for students and the academic community at large. (*)
