Employees with competent human resources and have a productive, creative work culture, and can move quickly and precisely are important assets for the company’s business success. Employees with such character can be formed with training and training. With the training will improve the ability of employees in the field of work so as to reduce stress and increase self-confidence. Another benefit that will be felt by employees is that employees will be better prepared if there is a promotion to a more complicated and difficult position. The main purpose of holding this managerial workshop is to increase the performance of the Geography Faculty employees and lecturers in an effort to provide maximum service for students. The workshop activity was held on January 25, 2019 in the Menoreh Mountains Tourism Area. The resource person in this activity was the Dean of the UGM Faculty of Geography (Prof. Aris Marfai). Participants who took part in the activity were 21 participants consisting of faculty leaders, lecturers, and education staff.
