In an effort to improve the quality and quality of lecturers in teaching, it is necessary to evaluate lecturers in the Faculty of Geography UMS. The lecturer’s EDOM score can be used as a benchmark for the level of student satisfaction in participating in teaching and learning activities by the lecturer. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that the EDOM scores of the lecturers of the Faculty of Geography ranged from 3.50 to 3.73. Based on these scores, it can be said that students are satisfied with the teaching system of the lecturers of the Faculty of Geography. The complete EDOM value can be seen here
