The Faculty of Geography UMS in collaboration with the MGMP of Kediri Regency and the City of Kediri held a Workshop with the theme “Workshop on Geospatial Technology and Scientific Writing and Drone Applications for Geography Learning”. The workshop was held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at SMA N 2 Pare, Kediri Regency. The number of participants who attended this activity was 103 participants spread over 9 districts or cities. This workshop aims to introduce spatial technology to high school/MA geography teachers regarding the use of spatial technology for learning. Writing activities and articles were also added to increase the teacher’s interest in writing. In addition, the purpose of this activity is to increase the network of cooperation between the Faculty of Geography, UMS and MGMP Geography throughout East Java
