Tuesday (3/12), the Faculty of Geography, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta again held an international seminar entitled ISETH (International Summit on Science Technology and Humanity). ISETH is an annual event that brings together academics in various disciplines. One of the series of events from the event was the International Conference of Geography and Disaster Management (ICGDM) which took 4 paper topics namely Physical Geography, Human and Social Geography, Disaster Management, and Watersed Management. Present as speakers are: Mizan B. F. Bisri (from United Nations University) raised the theme The Geography of Risk and Resilience Knowledge in Indonesia Dr. Mohd Hairy Ibrahim (from UPSI Malaysia) with the theme “Climate Change, Disaster Challenges, and Management Dr. Irfan Budi Pramono, M.Sc (BPPTDAS Solo) with the theme Flood Risk Management Using Integrated Watershed Approach The speaker material can be downloaded at the following link:
